The Home

The PERFECT Montana getaway! This home offers 360 views of the 3 Expansive Mountain Ranges and a literal 360 degree view. Enjoy this secluded retreat with developed trails throughout the 20 acres. Our home is also available as a charming wedding venue for your special day. Hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, bar & games, grill, smoker and walkout basement creates an exciting space to entertain & enjoy this home. Less than 30 minutes to Bozeman/Livingston, 45 to Bridger Bowl and 1 hour to Yellowstone!

The Space

The home is on 20 acres and there are newly made hiking trails throughout the property, hot tub and cold plunge. There is a Peloton for guests to use if they bring their own Peloton shoes, as well as five sets of complimentary snowshoes for all guests in the winter. Please be respectful of surrounding properties and courteous about private property signs around the acreage.

Guest Access

Please do not use any of the owner's personal items in the garage, horse barn, etc. Patio furniture cushions are in the garage; if taken out, please return them before you check out.

Winter Driving

The home sits on top of a ridge, so four-wheel drive is needed in the snowy months and recommended year-round. Chains are unlikely to be needed but can be bought for about $40 at Murdoch's in Livingston, or ACE Hardware or Home Depot in Bozeman.
